Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be closed, bonuses forfeited, and winnings arising from bonus play may be voided.
2. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full features of the kuy9 Platform, you must complete the registration process and, where required, the KYC verification process. You agree to the following obligations in relation to your account:

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on kuy9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kuy9 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer via City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. The following conditions apply to all transactions:
Deposits are credited to your kuy9 wallet upon successful confirmation by the respective payment provider. kuy9 is not responsible for delays caused by payment network interruptions or downtime at bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any bank. Withdrawal requests may be submitted from your account dashboard at any time. All balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on kuy9 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kuy9 does not support multi-currency accounts. 4. Bonuses and Promotions
kuy9 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). Unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement for all bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Once the wagering requirement is satisfied, bonus funds convert to real money and become withdrawable subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
- kuy9 welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. A player who has previously held a kuy9 account — whether active, suspended, or closed — is not eligible for welcome bonuses. Players found to have claimed welcome bonuses against multiple accounts will have all associated accounts closed and bonuses forfeited.
- kuy9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. Players who have already opted into a promotion and begun wagering are protected by the terms in effect at the time they claimed the bonus, subject to any mandatory legal or regulatory changes.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering completion process. Players attempting to exploit bonus terms through collusion, arbitrage, or any form of manipulative betting strategy may have their bonus cancelled and accounts reviewed.
5. Game Rules and Fair Play
kuy9 partners exclusively with certified game providers whose software is independently audited for fairness and RNG compliance. The following conditions apply to all games on the Platform:
All game results on kuy9 are determined by certified software or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game outcomes managed by live dealers in controlled studio environments. Once a game round is completed and the result settled, the outcome is final. kuy9 will not reverse settled bets or game outcomes except in cases of documented system error, which must be reported to support within 24 hours of the occurrence.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and sports markets on kuy9. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, kuy9 will attempt to restore the game to its last recorded state. Where restoration is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet. kuy9 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on kuy9. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. kuy9 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and cooperates fully with any lawful investigation.
- Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or Platform errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited error are not valid and will be voided. Players who discover a Platform error are required to report it to support immediately.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way not intended for human players. kuy9 employs bot-detection technology and will suspend accounts where automated play is detected.
- Colluding with other players, dealers, or any kuy9 employee to manipulate game outcomes or obtain unfair advantage. Collusion detected through pattern analysis or player reporting will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
- Registering or operating an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge, or allowing a third party to use your account for the purposes of circumventing kuy9's eligibility requirements or KYC verification obligations.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
kuy9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. The following clauses govern the conditions and consequences of account suspension and closure:
kuy9 may suspend or restrict an account without prior notice where: (a) a player is suspected of violating these Terms; (b) kuy9 has reason to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited purposes; (c) a player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe; (d) a chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a transaction associated with the account; or (e) the account is subject to a self-exclusion request or regulatory instruction. During suspension, the player may not access funds held in the account until the matter is resolved.
You may request closure of your kuy9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering funds) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Account closure does not affect any accrued legal rights or obligations.
8. Responsible Gaming

- Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits from their account dashboard. These limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours (for daily limits) or 7 days (for weekly and monthly limits).
- Players may activate a session time reminder so that kuy9 notifies them after a specified period of continuous play. Session reminders are available in increments of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours. Reminders are advisory only and do not automatically end a gaming session.
- Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanent exclusion. 9. Intellectual Property
All content on the kuy9 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, and the kuy9 brand name, is the intellectual property of kuy9 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. kuy9 does not warrant that the Platform is suitable for any particular purpose or that the results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by kuy9's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
